If you lack equipment and staff, talk to your friends or relatives who may also need to earn money and are open to the idea of working with you or for you. This way, you will have both equipment and staff ready to do the business, no matter that the working hours would be different from the regular nine to five.
You have two choices to start a cleaning business: start up one of your own or franchise one. Whichever choice you make, you still need the basic equipment, but with the franchise, you may have to shell out money and you will have a known or trusted name to back you up.
